I think rewarding regular visitors and commenters is a great idea. To me, it is not about how many times one person can blog about, twitter about, stumble about a giveaway, but how much they participate on a regular basis with your blog. I have to say that I do get more excited when someone I interact with on a regular basis wins one of my giveaways.
