Nicole, this post took me a LONG time to write – talk about “all thumbs” LOL The iPhone has this autocorrect feature, though, which replaced my misspelled words. That came in handy.

I never really saw the appeal of texting before but now I definitely do. My son was at a friend’s last night and I kept texting him. He had to tell his friends that his mom got an iPhone and can’t stop playing with it.

We actually spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service at the Rogers’ store, because there was a glitch in our account and it was showing we weren’t eligible for an upgrade. We hung in there, though, and they were so nice and gave me some great bonuses.

What I love best is that it’s even more portable than my netbook, and it picks up our wi-fi when I’m at home (and I’m usually at home!).

December will be here before you know it, and you’ll have so much fun with it!

I’ve been kicking myself that I forgot to take pictures of the food! After dish no. 6, they took a break for speeches and I actually thought things were done. Hah! Of course not. I love food, but I actually had to say no to the last two dishes. I’ve got lovely pictures of all of the kids, though. Thanks for a great idea – I think I WILL blog about the dinner, even though there won’t be any food pics!
