It’s been quite a winning week around here! One result of becoming addicted to compiling my big lists of book giveaways which I post every Sunday is that I have been entering more giveaways. I don’t enter every one I find, but I do enter when I come across a book that looks interesting to me.
This past week, I’ve won:

The Girl Who Stopped Swimming at Julie’s Jewels.
And one more win!
An iPod Shuffle and a copy of Ziggy Marley’s new CD, Family Time, from Celebrity Baby Scoop! I’m pretty thrilled, since the iPod Shuffle was the grand prize. I’ve never been a grand prize winner before. As my daughter would say, awesome pawsome!
It’s a nice start to the week, definitely. I need this nice start, because I have a huge deadline coming due this Thursday. I thought I’d post a picture of what I’m working on, to get your sympathy – it’s 1300 pages (yes, well wishes and speedy work vibes would be much much appreciated!).
Otherwise Known As, A Lot of Work
So I might be a bit scarce around here for the next few days. I’m hoping I’ll have time to post a review or two, just to have some fun and give myself a break from the work. At the very least, I’ll be going blog hopping. Breaks are definitely necessary around here, and blog hopping is a great way to take a break!
